Sinopec standardized procurement of

According to the latest notice at Sinopec, headquarter of Sinopec will be responsible for the procurement of gasoline and diesel from Shandong independent refineries from April 1, 2017. Except branches in Shandong, the marketing branches of Sinopec in other regions will not have the right to purchase gasoline and diesel from Shandong independent refineries. From April 1, Sinopec and PetroChina will conduct unified procurement of gasoline from Shandong independent refineries.
