Know China Oil Refining Industry

With a series of favorable policies being released by the Chinese government in 2016, China’s independent refineries are embracing supportive development opportunities. Up to April, there are 22 independent refineries that have been approved to process imported crude oil. Therein, 18 of the independent refineries are in Shandong. The total crude oil quota for the 18 refineries is 60,850kt/a. However, China’s independent refineries are still facing some difficulties.
