Sublime China Information Co., Ltd (abbr. as SCI) owns and operates all services of SCI. Unless authorized by SCI, no institutions or individuals shall undertake business or non-business activities in the name of SCI or the website owned by SCI. The service provided by SCI shall be strictly undertaken in accordance with the service provisions and regulations publicly issued by SCI. All users shall confirm all the service provisions and finish the registration procedure before becoming formal users of SCI.
2. Copyright Statement of SCIAll the contents published on SCI’s websites (intl.sci99.com and other SCI websites), WeChat account and other carriers, including but not limited to words, pictures, sounds, videos, charts, tables, labels, logos, advertisements, trademarks, trade names, domain names, software, programs, layout designs, column contents and titles, content classification standards and any or all information provided to registered users, are exclusively owned and retained by SCI and its related rights holders and are protected by Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China, Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China, Patent Law of the People’s Republic of China, and the relevant laws concerning copyright, trademark right, patent right and other property rights in applicable international conventions.
Users who make use of the contents and services provided by SCI for non-commercial, non-profit, non-advertising purposes and purely for personal study, research or appreciation, shall abide by the provisions of the copyright law and other relevant laws, and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of SCI and its related rights holders.
Users who make use of the contents and services provided by SCI for commercial, profitable and advertising purposes shall first obtain written authorization from SCI and its corresponding rights holders, shall specify the author and source of the article as “SCI” and pay the corresponding rights holders in line with relevant laws of the People’s Republic of China. Otherwise, rights holders shall pursue their legal responsibility.
Without definitely written authorization, anyone shall not alter, release, broadcast, republish, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, perform, show or make use of part or all of the contents of SCI or create a mirror on servers not belonging to SCI. Anyone who acts otherwise shall be liable to legal responsibility in accordance with the laws or contracts for the violation of rights.
All software used by SCI belongs to SCI and its software providers and is under the protection of Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China and relevant international copyright conventions. Except for special instruction by SCI for the purposes of sales, free download, application and other uses, including but not limited to copying, modifying, selling, dumping, publishing, showing, demonstrating and reverse engineering, will be prohibited. Any institution or individual shall be deemed to violate the rights of SCI in case such unlawful uses occur.
3. Service AgreementSCI provides services through the Internet with its own computer operating system. According to different service columns and contents, users shall:
(1) Equip themselves with the necessary equipment for logging online, including PC, modem, and other necessary equipment;
(2) Pay the telephone bills and Internet bills relevant to the service;
(3) Provide accurate personal information in accordance with the minimum and necessary principles;
(4) Timely update the registration data to make it detailed and accurate;
Should the data provided by the user contain inaccurate information, SCI retains the right to terminate the user’s qualification to use the service.
Once the user successfully registers and becomes a lawful user of SCI, a password and a username shall be assigned to the user.
The user shall take full responsibility for the safety of the password and the username and the activities and events that occur with the username. Should the user find any case of unlawful use of his or her account or any case of security loopholes, please notify SCI immediately and change the password.
If a user deliberately leaks the password and uses any software to capture or scan the content displayed on the website of SCI without permission (including but not limited to information, data, reports, etc.), SCI has the right to terminate the service to the user immediately. The service-related fees paid by the user will not be refunded. If the case is severe, SCI shall pursue the user’s legal responsibility in accordance with laws or the contract agreement. If users have objections to the above actions of SCI, they can appeal to SCI (Tel: +86-533-5075233). If the complaint is successful, SCI shall continue to provide services for the users.
Upon verification by SCI, if the user is one of our peer companies or similar ones, SCI has the right to terminate the service to the user immediately, and the related fees paid by the user will not be refunded. If other losses are caused to SCI, the user shall compensate SCI according to the actual loss amount.
4.Protection of Users’ PrivacySCI, in accordance with laws, regulations and relevant national standards, shall strictly protect the user’s personal information and ensure that the user’s privacy will not be violated. Without the authorization of the lawful user, SCI shall not publicize or disclose the registration information and the unpublicized information stored by SCI to the third party, unless laws require such action or disclosure of such information. In the following cases, not getting the authorization of the user is deemed necessary based on good faith:
(1) The user authorizes SCI or a certain individual to disclose or provide the information through e-mail.
(2) Certain laws and their corresponding procedure require SCI to provide the personal information of the user.
(3) Comply with the requirement of certain laws and conform to the lawful service procedure of SCI.
(4) Protect and maintain SCI's ownership of the trademark.
(5) Strive to protect the privacy of the user as an individual and the public in emergency.
(6) Submit evidence for litigation and arbitration.
(7) Comply with other relevant requirements.
5. Assumption of RisksThe user assumes the risks in using the service. All the information provided by SCI is just for the user’s reference and shall not give any specific instruction to the business operation of the user and the user assumes the risk in using or providing the information from SCI. SCI shall not guarantee that the service will fully meet the demand of the user and the service will always sustain. SCI shall try to make sure the timeliness, objectivity, and safety of the service, though no specific commitment shall be made due to the variable market performance. SCI has the right to correct, replace, and take offline the data items, release time and other contents of the published data and information according to its specific conditions. SCI does not make any form of guarantee for any transactions and results that occur during the user’s use of the service. All risks and legal consequences arising from the user’s reference to the information provided by SCI shall be borne by the user himself.
6. DisclaimersSCI shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages to the user in the process of accepting service. The damages might come from improper use of the service, illegal utilization of the service or improper change of the user’s information, etc.
SCI has the retained right of judging whether the user has acted in line with the requirement and spirit of SCI’s service provisions. Should the user violate the service provisions, SCI has the right to discontinue or terminate the service.
The information with the source of non-SCI provided by SCI is generally from other public sources, aiming to demonstrate more information for non-commercial purposes. It does not mean that SCI agrees with its views or attests to its authenticity. If other media, websites or individuals use the aforementioned information, they must indicate the original source and bear related legal responsibility.

7. User CommitmentUsers shall comply with the following items:
(1) Users shall provide authentic personal information.
(2) When transmitting information from China to overseas, the users shall abide by relevant laws of the People’s Republic of China.
(3) The service shall not be used for illegal purposes.
(4) The users shall not interfere with or attack the network service.
(5) All the network protocols, regulations, programs and conventions in using network service shall be obeyed.
Users shall not transmit any illegal, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, or obscene information. Besides, users shall not transmit any material that instigates other people to commit crimes; shall not transmit material that concerns national safety; shall not transmit material that does not comply with local laws and regulations, national and international laws. It is forbidden to illegally log in other computer system without permission. The user must take legal responsibilities for the activities on the internet. Should the user distribute and spread any information on SCI’s website that is reactive, obscene or against state laws, the website record is likely to be the proof of the user’s violating the laws. SCI is entitled to make an independent judgment of the illegal activities and cancel the user’s account immediately.
Users’ special commitment: Once users register on SCI’s website, the users permit SCI to use their trade names, trademarks, etc. in the derivative products of SCI’s information and development, as well as in business promotion, publicity, work result demonstration and other needs. SCI shall ensure its fair position, correctly and objectively reflect facts and shall not maliciously vilify or damage the reputation of users. User commitment: According to the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China, Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and related laws and regulations, users shall take appropriate technical measures and other effective measures necessary to ensure that the data is effectively protected and legally utilized, and to prevent data from accidental or illegal destruction, loss, alteration, theft, unreasonable disposal, unauthorized disclosure or access, arbitrary leakage and other security risks (hereinafter referred to as data security incidents). In case of any situation that makes it difficult to guarantee data security or if a data security incident has occurred, the user shall immediately notify SCI and negotiate with SCI to take measures to eliminate the aforementioned security risks and potentially effective emergency measures to deal with the data security incident. In case of any situation that makes it difficult to guarantee data security or if a data security incident has occurred, SCI has the right to suspend the provision of data under the Contract, and the data security risk caused shall be borne by the responsible party.
8. Termination of ServiceSCI and the user could terminate one or more services according to the Contract or as the situation requires.
Once the contract is terminated, SCI shall not send any untreated information or unfinished service to the user or a third party.
9. Notification FormsSCI could issue notifications for modifications in SCI’s terms of service, service changes, or other important changes via forms such as announcements on major pages, e-mails, conventional correspondences, etc, depending on the actual situation.
10. Applicability of LawsSCI’s service provisions comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. Both users and SCI agree to be subject to the rules of the laws of the People's Republic of China. Should there be a contradiction between the service provisions of SCI and the laws of the People's Republic of China arising out of law or regulation amendments, the provisions shall be executed according to the new laws and regulations, and other provisions shall still have legally binding force and influence on the user.
